Jeff Abramson is President/CEO and founder of Pacific Union Land Company. He is responsible for operations on all projects. His expertise includes residential, commercial, multi-family and public private partnerships. Prior to joining Pacific Union in 1986, Mr. Abramson worked for a real estate development and management company in Santa Barbara, California. He has a degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Bill Tunney is co-founder of Pacific Union Land Company and has served on the Executive Committee of its predecessor company, Pacific Union Company, since 1978. Prior to joining Pacific Union in 1978, Mr. Tunney directed his own real estate marketing company for 10 years. He holds both an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
Matt Tunney vCard
Matt Tunney is co-founder and Senior Vice President of Pacific Union Land Company. He began his career with Pacific Union Holdings in 1991 and has extensive knowledge of the homebuilding industry with particular emphasis on project entitlements, construction and sales & marketing. Mr. Tunney also is the company's expert on managing its commercial properties and is a licensed real estate broker and general building contractor. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in international political economics.

Gary Grant is Vice President of Acquisitions for Pacific Union Land Company. He joined the firm in 1996 and has over 25 years experience managing land acquisitions and entitlement processing. He has an MBA degree from Northwestern University and a law degree from Stanford University.
Bruce Myers vCard
Bruce Myers serves as Vice President of Land Development for Pacific Union Land Company directing all land development and entitlement activities. Since joining Pacific Union in 1996, Mr. Myers has been involved in all phases of project development from land acquisition and due diligence through entitlement processing, home construction and sales. He graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley and received a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School.
Lori Waltzer vCard
Lori Waltzer joined Pacific Union in 2002. In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Waltzer evaluates the feasibility and profitability of new projects, secures financing for new and ongoing projects, and is responsible for all financial reporting and compliance. She is also responsible for all risk management for the Company. Prior to joining Pacific Union, Ms. Waltzer worked at CB Richard Ellis as a financial consultant, where she was responsible for valuing large commercial real estate assets and preparing detailed leasehold analyses. Ms. Waltzer holds an undergraduate degree in Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Christopher Garwood vCard
Christopher Garwood is President of Pacific Union Apartments. He is responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, financing and development of multifamily projects, as well as overseeing the current operations of existing communities. Mr. Garwood joined Pacific Union in 1987 and was formerly responsible for land use entitlements which have included mixed use commercial/residential, large land subdivisions and multi-family properties. He received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and MBA from UCLA.
Chris Koenig vCard
Chris Koenig is Director of Pacific Union Property Advisors LLC, leading the Company's property tax appeal service for the Company's clients. He has experience in all aspects of real estate development, entitlements and management. Prior to joining Pacific Union in 2010, Mr. Koenig worked for a full-service real estate development company in the Napa Valley. He holds a degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
